Screw It off the field
Beyond competing, FTC 11047 has toured around Taiwan, built aircraft and brought Taiwanese culture to the World Championship.
Bringing the Techno Third Prince to the World Championship
We borrowed the Techno Third Prince from the Jiutian Folk Art Troupe as our mascot. It made us one of the most popular teams at the World Championship in Houston, and we were featured many times on FIRST's official Instagram.
Red Bull Flugtag
In the off-season, we took on building our own flying machine. Our design was picked from more than 600 teams, flew for real at Taichung Port, and won 2nd place for best landing.
Invited to a Friendly Match at Zhuqi High School
16 days before Nationals, we went to Zhuqi High School in Chiayi for a friendly match with FTC 19154 and Nanke International Experimental High School's FTC 19207, and swapped ideas.
Hosting Our Own FTC Friendly Match
Screw It hosted a friendly match in Taichung and opened it up to other teams to practice and exchange ideas together.
Google Visit and Exchange
We were invited to Google Taiwan at Taipei 101 to share our experience over the years. Google's Changhua data center also welcomed the team for a tour of the site.
