Hello everyone, I'm Teacher Turtle,
the head of Dr. Player Robotic Lab and a LEGO robotics coach.
LEGO is no longer just a “toy.”
Combined with programming, mechanics, and 3D printing, it can grow into robots
that play soccer, bowl, and deliver meals, all with no problem.
I've been training talent for nearly ten years,
and my students have repeatedly taken top places at international competitions such as WRO and FTC,
performing impressively and letting the world see Taiwan.

LEGO is more than a toy. Combined with programming, mechanics, and 3D printing, it can grow into robots that play soccer, bowl, and deliver meals, all with no problem.

In recent years, with the maker movement, robots have become hot. Using a variety of LEGO teaching tools, Dr. Player Robotic Lab offers students three kinds of courses by age group: simple machines, powered machines, and robotics. Through the assembly process, students learn how robots work and gain the satisfaction and fun of hands-on making.

Teacher Turtle, who serves as coach here, graduated from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Feng Chia University. He came across LEGO robots by chance and fell in love with them, and now focuses on teaching and promoting them, with 10 years of experience.

LEGO robots suit all ages, and even people unfamiliar with programming or mechanics can find their interest. Many children start as early as kindergarten. Teacher Turtle takes the role of guide, training many competitors to take part in LEGO robotics competitions and win top places in international events such as WRO and FTC. The results are very impressive and show Taiwan's soft power.
